FAQs

How are the products made?

Each pot is hand-painted and sealed with clear acrylic spray to ensure the paint will last! Each product also includes a tag with the Uganda kid who is supported by your purchase.

How are the pots packaged?

Each pot is carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap to help prevent damage during shipping. If your item does arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll make it right.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and put in the mail within 1–3 days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your
location.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges since our items are handmade and proceeds go directly to charity. However, if your item arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

What does my purchase support?

100% of the profits go to SHOW (Shared Hope for Orphans Worldwide). Right now, our focus is raising funds to provide new shoes for 38 kids in Uganda, which will help them walk to school each day.

Who are the kids in Uganda?

Each plant pot or macrame hanger includes a tag featuring a photo, name, and short story of one of the 38 children we’re supporting in Uganda. These are kids who don't have the funding needed for their education and other living expenses. Your purchase goes towards providing each of these kids with a new pair of shoes to help them walk to school!
